Weekly Lead Submission  

You will receive leads each week that meet your specification. Leads are sent electronically in a spreadsheet format for your convenience.

Each lead will contain all pertinent information including: 

•  Owner Name, Address, Phone Number

•  Property Address

•  Lead Type – Repossession, Vacant, Divorce etc  

•  Square Feet

•  Purchase Date & Amount

•  Estimated FMV Based on Recent Comparable Sales

•  Detailed comments such as property condition

Technology at it’s Best

You will receive a special personal web page on this site. When I run across a “hot” lead, a picture and the detailed information will be posted on your page. This process helps you to act on the lead quickly.

Compensation

The referral fee is only payable if you buy one of the properties that I refer to you.

Our referral fee is between 1.5% - 2% of the purchase price with a £1000 minimum. Credit cards are accepted for your convenience.
